I hope everybody has an amazing Thanksgiving today! This year I have a lot to be thankful to God for: my amazing friends and family, the opportunities this great new job has afforded me, and my health. I am so very thankful, even when I am bogged down with "first world problems." I just hope that I can continue to grow as a Christian over the next year and continue to always be thankful.
"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
1 Thessalonians 5:18
I know that I had a great day hanging out with friends and eating a tremendous Thanksgiving buffet. And technically, I did not have Thanksgiving in Japan… I had it in the United States. Can't believe I traveled all of this way and I still had Thanksgiving in the States. Oh well, maybe next year. 😜

Some shots of the crew on the way to Tokyo.
Some of my food. The small plate had duck, veal, salmon, and pork (and carrots). Highly recommend The New Sanno for their Thanksgiving buffet!
The train was a tad crowded on the way home. Also, the dog is Hachi - the famous dog who waited for his owner everyday after work, even when the man died.
Here's the busiest crossing in the world. It's outside of Shibuya Station.
And here's Shibuya Crossing from the 2nd story Starbucks.
This evening after riding the train home a few of us stopped for Chinese. I couldn't finish the hot & sour soup, but the spring rolls were phenomenal!
